What we collect

  • Your email address or mobile number, used to sign you in with a one-time code and to deliver your orders.
  • Order history, delivered codes (encrypted at rest) and warranty claims.
  • Payment confirmations from our payment gateway. We never see or store card numbers.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers. Browsing and searching the marketplace requires no account and sets no tracking cookies.

Retention

Orders and claims are kept for as long as needed to honour the warranty and meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@tech.

Security

Codes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted for the buyer who paid for them. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies.
