Terms of service

1. The service

Software Hub sells digital goods (subscriptions, software keys, gift codes and top-ups) that are delivered as a code or account credential. Each product is provided by its own vendor under that vendor's terms; we are not the vendor.

2. Warranty

• Every product carries a warranty window and terms, shown on the product page before purchase and recorded on your order at delivery.
• The window starts at delivery. Inside it, you may open one claim per order. We will replace the item from stock or, when we cannot, refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• Claims outside the window, or for causes excluded by the product's terms (for example, changing the recovery email on an account), may be dismissed.

3. Codes and accounts

• Codes are single-use and personal. Sharing, reselling or publicly posting them voids the warranty.
• Region and eligibility rules shown on the product page apply.

4. Payments

Prices are in INR and include all charges. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store card details.

5. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [City], India.
